an office with no one you can get through to over phone. just option after option to a machine. you cant just call and speak to someone. if the workers actually answered their phone it would save people trips going to their ugly offices seeing their sour look on their faces not really wanting to help people. stupid government place!!! it will be a centry before action starts at dfacs and dhs on peoples cases.
So sick of trying to get someone to answer the phone, how hard is it. A monkey could do a better job than these people. Really hard for me to understand how you can mess up account after account. Need to get rid of everyone and start over again, preferably with people who actually do their jobs.
I agree with all that say that cant get anyone to answer i put in a application to add my oldest son on july 13th in there office took me all this time trying to call them and i have even went back to there office and there front door even cut one of my toenails off my foot!!!! And they told me they would call me that evening took 2 more days im still waiting on his food stamps and waiting on my toe to heal this is 100% UN PROFESSIONAL!!!
The place is fine but the service by phone is really bad, I have been trying to call and nobody answers, they send me to voicemail and nobody answers the voicemail neither.
They are stupid. Just a bunch of bullies or try to bully innocent people, with the mindset that they are above the law. Won't admit that they are wrong and are wasting our money on cases of "hear say". They hate being called out on their lies and BS, very deceitful, playing mind games. I'm only doing this here because I can't do it directly to the main office. I've already sent a complaint to our Governor. They deserve the same treatment they give out.
