Poor customer service
Hours are listed from 9-5 but they refused to help me since I arrived at 3:45pm

They will Not answer calls or return them. Child support comes out automatic of my ex's pay check every week on thurs. Night. They deposit it most time by Sat.morning into my account. Then it gets to be Mondays, tues, wed..then go back to fri. sat. Apparently just when they feel like putting my money in my account. Today is Friday.I have not received the one taken from his check last thurs, or last night so now I'm due 2. I've called left messages all week long and still no one has called me back. I need my money for food for my son, was took down to $16.00 a month for food stamps which isn't even worth it what you have to go through, so I don't even fool with that anymore. This place is rude, and Don't care. I'm sorry but if they aren't gonna be there to help you then what's the point and I want to know where is my money at??? What's. More funny to me is they sent my ex papers saying he's behind..how is that even possible. They decided the amount he paid in court, and its automatically deduted from his check. Same day every week, that hasn't changed so why they can't get it in my account same day every week like they are suppose too, by court order is beyond me., Something needs to be done about this and the people that work there because its obvious some ones not doing their job. Who can we call to complain about this, anyone know? Gotta be a higher up.
